Since 2019, we have renovated, built, retained and lived in homes across Louisville, putting our own money behind the choices and learning from the results.
We know what happens when a good idea meets an old wall, an awkward dimension, a busy household and the realities of construction.
Joe manages the construction process and remains the day-to-day contact. Vic is directly involved in the early conversations, design direction and finish selections.
