An informal first step

Tell us what isn’t working.

You do not need drawings, a polished brief or a finished design. Send a short note about your home, the part that is not working and the change you are considering. Joe will follow up personally by email.

Send what you have

A useful idea does not need to be a finished plan.

Photographs of the room, the property listing, a rough sketch, Pinterest images or an AI-generated concept are all useful starting points. They do not need to be technically possible yet.

Tell us what the space makes difficult, who uses it and what you hope might change. We will help identify what is practical, what needs adapting and what information is required next.

  • Property address or neighborhood
  • The room or area involved
  • What is not working
  • Photographs or inspiration
  • Your general timing
  • Any budget parameters you know

Project fit

Meaningful changes, properly coordinated.

We are set up for substantial renovations, reconfigurations and projects involving several connected trades. We are generally not the right fit for isolated repairs, cosmetic touch-ups or handyman lists.

If you are unsure where your project falls, send a note anyway. We will give you an honest answer rather than try to sell you work you do not need.

Email is the best first step.
