The practical details

Final applications and screening will be completed through the property manager when the homes are ready to lease. Joining the priority list does not reserve a home or constitute a rental application.
12 months
Each home will be offered on a standard twelve-month lease.
One month’s rent
The security deposit will equal one month of the selected home’s rent.
$50 per pet
Cats and dogs are welcome with monthly pet rent of $50 per pet. No size, breed or number limits.
Simple responsibilities
Residents pay water, electricity and internet. Gas service for Units A and B is paid by the owner.

When will the homes be available?
Construction is underway and availability is currently expected in January 2027. We will share a firmer date as completion approaches.
Can I tour a home now?
Not yet. People on the priority list will receive the first tour information once the site is safe and the homes are far enough along to view properly.
Does joining the list reserve a unit?
No. The list provides updates and early notice of tours and applications. A home is not reserved until the property manager completes the required application and leasing process.
What will residents pay for utilities?
Residents will pay water, electricity and internet. Rockleaze will pay the gas service serving the furnaces in Units A and B.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Cats and dogs are welcome with monthly pet rent of $50 per pet and no size, breed or number limits. Pet rent does not apply to approved assistance animals.
How will applications be handled?
Applications, screening and leases will be handled through the property manager using the same published process and standards for every applicant.
