Since 2019, we have renovated, built, retained and lived in homes across Louisville, putting our own money behind the choices and learning from the results.
Crucially, we have lived in several of the homes we renovated and retained others. We experienced the layouts after the photographs were taken. We learned which materials lasted, which ideas made daily life easier and which decisions we would make differently next time.

You should never feel that you need to understand permitting, construction sequencing or electrical layouts before asking a question. If you dislike something, have a concern or want to consider a change, you can say so. We will explain the effect on cost and timing clearly and respectfully. It is your home. You can always ask.

What kinds of renovations does Rockleaze take on?
We focus on substantial residential projects including finished basements, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, outdoor living spaces and multi-room reconfigurations.
Do I need plans or a finished design first?
No. We can begin with what is not working, then help develop the direction, scope, selections and plans needed to build it.
Where does Rockleaze work?
We work throughout Louisville and consider projects in surrounding Kentucky and Southern Indiana communities within roughly an hour of the city.
Who will I communicate with?
Joe is the consistent day-to-day contact and manages the construction process. Vic is directly involved in the early conversations, design direction and finish selections.
