How Users Opt In

Users may opt in to receive SMS messages from Rockleaze Properties by submitting a maintenance request through our maintenance request form located at:

https://www.rockleaze.com/maintenance-request

The form contains an unchecked SMS consent checkbox stating:

"I agree to receive maintenance-related SMS messages from Rockleaze Properties about repair updates, scheduling, service notifications, and follow-up questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of tenancy or service."

SMS Program Description

Rockleaze Properties sends SMS messages related to property maintenance and repair coordination.

Message types may include:

• Maintenance follow-up questions
• Repair scheduling notifications
• Vendor arrival notifications
• Maintenance status updates

Message frequency varies.
