Users may opt in by submitting a maintenance request form or tenant onboarding form that includes an unchecked SMS consent checkbox.

Checkbox language:

I agree to receive maintenance-related SMS messages from Rockleaze Properties about repair updates, scheduling, service notifications, and follow-up questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of tenancy or service.

Messages may include:

- Maintenance follow-up questions

- Repair status updates

- Scheduling coordination

- Service notifications

Rockleaze does not send marketing messages through this SMS program.
