The Rex SMS Messaging Program allows tenants and residents to communicate with Rockleaze Homes regarding property maintenance issues and receive responses from Rex, our maintenance support assistant.Messages may include:Maintenance issue follow-upsRequests for additional informationStatus updates about reported concernsScheduling coordination messagesProperty support communications related to your residenceThis program is intended strictly for property maintenance communication and support.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your maintenance requests, responses, and property activity.You will only receive messages related to maintenance communication associated with your property or interactions with Rex.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.Rockleaze Homes is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred by your wireless provider.
5. Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Rockleaze Homes through the Rex SMS Messaging Program.Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of tenancy.
6. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of the Rex SMS Messaging Program at any time.To stop receiving messages, reply STOP.After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
