We Don’t Just Flip Houses. We Rebuild Neighborhoods.

We acquire and renovate vacant or neglected properties—transforming them into high-quality housing while strengthening the communities around them.

A Look at Our Work
Two properties, two different challenges — both transformed into stable, high-quality housing.

Camp St., Louisville, KY

“This one taught us that sometimes the worst-looking houses are the ones most worth saving.”

When we bought the Camp Street property, it was barely safe to walk through - let alone live in. Years of owner neglect had left behind roof leaks, exposed wires, and bedrooms that wouldn’t legally qualify as closets.

We weren’t planning a full gut renovation - but once we opened the walls, it was clear this wasn’t a patch job. So we went all in: redesigned the layout, brought every system up to and above code, and turned a neglected house into a high-quality rental in under a year.

Swan Street was abandoned and structurally compromised when we found it—complete with an illegal addition built directly onto dirt. From the start, we knew it would take more than cosmetic fixes. So we gutted the house, demolished the unstable addition, redesigned the layout, and rebuilt it into a high-quality rental from the ground up.

The lot itself added challenge—narrow, uphill, and with limited access. Most materials had to be carried by hand. On top of that, the property was broken into multiple times, and the entire home’s freshly-installed wiring was stolen the day after our electrical inspection.

But we got it done—on time, on budget, and fully up to code.
